摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect and adverse reaction of docetaxel,oxaliplatin combined with gimeracil and oteracil porassium used in patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods:62 patients with advanced gastric cancer were selected. They were given chemotherapy of docetaxel,oxaliplatin combined with gimeracil and oteracil porassium,then we analyzed the adverse reactions and clinical efficacy after 2 weeks of treatment.Results:The main adverse reaction after chemotherapy were hair loss,gastrointestinal reaction and bone marrow inhibition,in which,the rate of hair loss was highest.The total effective rate of clinical treatment was 64.5%.Conclusion:Docetaxel,oxaliplatin combined with gimeracil and oteracil porassium used in patients with advanced gastric cancer has tolerable adverse reactions,and its short-term curative effect is better.关键词
