摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the postoperative analgesic effect of different concentration of methylene blue on circumferential mixed hemorrhoids treated with milligan-morgan operation.Methods:100 cases of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids were divided into the treatment group with 50 cases and the control group with 50 cases,which were given milligan-morgan operation. The treatment group were given 1 mg/mL methylene blue,and the control group were given 0.5 mg/mL methylene blue.The postoperative pain score and healing time of the two groups were compared.Results:There was significant difference of postoperative pain score between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference of healing time between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:1 mg/mL methylene blue injection had better postoperative analgesic effect on circumferential mixed hemorrhoids treated with milligan-morgan operation than 0.5 mg/mL methylene blue injection.关键词
