依达拉奉联合丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死的疗效观察
Observation on the therapeutic effect of edaravone combined with Danhong injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of edaravone combined with Danhong injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods:100 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 50 cases in each.Based on the conventional therapy,patients in the treatment group were given edaravone and Danhong injection,while in the control group were given Xueshuantong injection.All the patients in two groups were treated for 14 days.The improvement of neural function defect score and clinical effect in two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results:In the treatment group,the improvement of neurological function deficit scores was better than the control group(P<0.05).The total efficiency of two groups had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Edaravone combined with Danhong in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction has significantly therapeutic effect,and it also can significantly improve neurological function in acute cerebral infarction.关键词
