摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the expression and significance of CD34, α-SMA in mesenchyme of cervical squamous intraepithelial neoplasia.Methods:Immunohistochemical method was applied to detect the expression of CD34,α-SMA in CIN ⅠGroup of 15 cases,CIN Ⅱ group of 28 cases,CIN Ⅲ group of 34 cases and normal cervical tissues of 23 cases.Results:The positive expression rates of CD34 in normal cervical tissues was 100%(23/23),CIN Ⅰ was 100%(15/15),CIN Ⅱ was 82.14%(23/28),CINⅢ was 79.41%(27/34),the positive expression rate of CD34 in CIN Ⅲ and CIN Ⅱ was lower than CIN Ⅰ and normal cervical tissues(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of α-SMA in normal cervical tissue was 0%(0/23),CIN Ⅰ was 13.33%(2/15),CINⅡ was 78.57%(22/28),CIN Ⅲ was 88.24%(30/34).The positive expression rate of α-SMA in CIN Ⅲ,CIN Ⅱ was higher than CIN Ⅰ and the normal cervical tissues(P<0.01).Conclusion:In the forming process of cervix neoplasms,tumor interstitial was changed.Detection of CD34 and α-SMA was helpful in the diagnosis of cervical squamous intraepithelial neoplasia.关键词
