摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application progress of component blood transfusion in clinical treatment from 2009 to 2014. Methods:The literatures of the application of component blood transfusion in clinical treatment from 2009 to 2014 were searched. The literatures were analyzed and summarized after reading.Results:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria of the literatures,34 literatures were selected.The literatures were generalized and summarized from DIC treatment,surgical operation and perioperative treatment,blood system disease treatment and many aspects.Conclusion:Component blood transfusion has many advantages,such as wide application,less adverse reaction,saving and convenient storage and transportation and so on.We should actively promote and rational use.关键词
