肝胆外科损伤控制性手术应用效果分析

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of damage control operation in department of hepatobiliary surgery.Methods:100 patients with trauma in department of hepatobiliary surgery were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given routine operation treatment.The observation group was given damage control operation treatment.After operation,the death cases and complications of patients in two groups were observed.Results:The case fatality rate and complication incidence rate of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The damage control operation in department of hepatobiliary surgery can effectively reduce the mortality rate of patients,and reduce the postoperative complications.关键词
