Abstract
Objective:To explore the maternal factors of affecting pure breastfeeding on 0 to six months infants.Methods:300 mothers were selected,and we made a survey and analysis.Results:In 300 mothers,breastfeeding 54 people(18% ) were pure breastfeeding for 0 to six months infants;216 people(72%) were mixed feeding;30 people(10%) were artificial feeding.The success rate of pure breastfeeding for different ages of mother had no statistical difference (P>0.05). The success rate of pure breastfeeding between han and hazakh had statistical difference (P<0.05). The success rate of pure breastfeeding of cesarean was lower than that of natural delivery.Conclusion:For the maternal factors of affecting pure breastfeeding on 0 to six months infants, we should vigorously promote the benefits of exclusive breastfeeding,to improve the breastfeeding rate,and promote the health of mother and child.关键词
