慢性萎缩性胃炎应用中医方案治疗临床分析
Clinical analysis of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis

Abstract
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods:According to the random average allocation principle,100 cases of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group were given western medicine treatment;the observation group were given traditional Chinese medicine.The clinical therapeutic effect and recurrence of the two groups were compared. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group 94.0% was better than that of the control group 78.0%(P<0.05).Followed up for 6 months,the observation group had no relapse;the recurrence rate of the control group was 8.0% ;there was statistical significant difference of recurrence rate between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis had therapeutic effect.关键词
