Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of thalidomide combined with total glucosides of paeony in the treatment of Behcet's disease.Methods:36 patients with Behcet's disease were given thalidomide combined with total glucosides of paeony treatment.The clinical curative effect was observed in 12 weeks after treatment.Results:12 cases were cured,21 cases were effective,3 cases were invalid,the total effective rate was 91.67%,the curative effect was satisfactory.The erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C-reactive protein of patients after treatment were significantly better than those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Thalidomide combined with total glucosides of paeony in the treatment of Behcet's disease has less adverse reactions.It is safe and effective.关键词
