Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effect of different treatments for neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury.Methods:60 patients with neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury were divided into A group(needle warming moxibustion),B group(bladder function training),C group(needle warming moxibustion plus bladder function training).We compared the efficacy of the 3 groups.Results:After 2 months of treatment,in the C group,the bladder residual urine volume,bladder balance and overall efficacy was higher than the other two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Needle warming moxibustion plus bladder function training for treatment of neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury can reduce the residual urine volume,and improve the voiding dysfunction and quality of life of patients.关键词
