摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the secretion condition of patients with vaginitis detected by conventional microscopy and five joint inspection method.Methods:The vaginal secretions of 1 000 cases of patients with vaginitis were gathered and detected by conventional microscopy and five joint inspection method.Results:There were no significant differences of cleanliness and the detection rate of colpomycosis and trichomonas vaginitis between the conventional microscopy and five joint inspection method(P>0.05).The detection rate of bacterial vaginitis and white blood cell detected by five joint inspection method were significantly higher than the conventional microscopy(P<0.05).Conclusion:Five joint inspection method on the basis of conventional microscopy could improve the detection rate of bacterial vaginosis and ensure the accuracy of clinical diagnosis.关键词
