Abstract
To explore the pattern of community health management on patients with type two diabetes,and the effect of comprehensive intervention.Methods:200 patients with type two diabetic were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group with 100 cases in each.The intervention group received comprehensive intervention management for 1 year,while the control group received routine health management for 1 year.Patients in both of the group filled special formulation of the"diabetes patient questionnaire" before and after intervention respectively.Results:The rate of patients’ diabetes knowledge and fasting blood glucose control rate in the intervention group were significantly better than before the intervention and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive community intervention on patients with type two diabetes mellitus is a very effective health management mode.It can improve the quality of patients life,and improve their health level.关键词
