缬沙坦治疗心血管疾病的临床疗效观察
Observation of the clinical curative effect of valsartan in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of valsartan in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.Methods:90 patients with cardiovascular diseases were selected.They were divided into the control group with 44 cases and the observation group with 46 cases.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with valsartan on the basis of the control group.We compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:There was no significant differences of blood pressure conditions between groups before and after treatment.During follow-up,9 cases(20.45%) in the control group had cardiovascular events,1 case(2.17% ) in the observation group had cardiovascular events,P<0.05.Conclusion:Combined with valsartan in the conventional treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases not only can effectively control blood pressure,but also can reduce the incidence of cardiovascular events.The curative effect is remarkable.关键词
