腹腔镜胆囊切除术与小切口胆囊切除术治疗胆结石疗效比较
Curative effect comparison of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and small incision cholecystectomy in the treatment of gallstone
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and small incision cholecystectomy in the treatment of gallstone.Methods:114 patients with gallstone were selected.They were randomly divided into the small incision group and the laparoscopy group with 57 cases in each group.The small incision group was treated by small incision cholecystectomy,and the laparoscopy group was treated by laparoscopic cholecystectomy,then we compared the treatment effect and complications of the two groups.Results:The laparoscopy group was compared with small incision group in amount of bleeding during operation,operation time,ambulation time and hospitalization time,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The rate of complications in laparoscopy group of 3.5% was significantly lower than 17.5% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Therapeutic effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy for gallstones was exact.The incidence of postoperative complications was low.It had many advantages such as short operation time,less bleeding,rapid recovery and so on.关键词
