Analysis of curative effect of metoprolol combined with spironolactone in treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy complicated with heart failure

Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effect of metoprolol combined with spironolactone in treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy complicated with heart failure.Methods:108 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy complicated with heart failure were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group with 54 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional anti heart failure treatment.The study group was given metoprolol combined with spironolactone therapy on the basis of the control group.We compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:After treatment,in the study group,the improvement of LVEF,LVFS,HR,SV,CO and other indicators were better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The indicators of quality of life scores were significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).During the treatment,21 cases(38.89% ) with arrhythmia in study group were significantly less than 40 cases(74.07% ) of the control group,P<0.05. Conclusion:The curative effect of metoprolol combined with spironolactone in treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy complicated with heart failure was significant.关键词
