多西他赛治疗晚期乳腺癌的临床研究

Abstract
Objective:To explore the adverse reactions and clinical therapeutic effect of docetaxel in the treatment of advanced breast cancer.Methods:According to the individual's willingness to accept chemotherapy,97 cases of patients with advanced breast cancer were divided into the observation group with 49 cases and the control group with 48 cases.The observation group adopted the chemotherapy of docetaxel,and the control group were given symptomatic treatment.The recent treatment effect,adverse reactions and clinical symptoms improved of the two groups were compared.Results:The clinical effective rate of the observation group 83.7% was obviously better than 40.4% of the control group (P<0.05).After the treatment for half a month and 1 year,the survival situation of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Docetaxel in the treatment of patients with advanced breast cancer had less adverse reactions and clinical efficacy,and the toleration of patients was well.关键词
