摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic applicated on the surgery of liver,bile,pancreas and spleen. Methods:92 patients with liver,gallbladder,pancreas and spleen surgery were selected.All of those surgery were taken under laparoscopic.Then we observed and analyzed the operation time,amount of bleeding during operation,the hospitalization days and cure condition of patients.Results:All of those 92 patients had an successful operation,without serious complications after surgery. Conclusion:Laparoscopy in the surgery of liver,bile,pancreas and spleen can improve the success rate of surgery,reduce hospitalization time,and also reduce the complications after surgery.关键词
