新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病58例临床分析
Clinical analysis of 58 cases of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the etiology,diagnosis and treatment of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy.Methods:58 patients with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy were selected.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:In 58 cases of infant,30 cases were fetal distress,19 cases were abnormal delivery,41 cases were asphyxia;the cranial CT of 58 cases showed localized or widespread cortical low density,22 cases had intracranial hemorrhage.58 cases were given comprehensive treatment,55 cases were survived,1 case gave up treatment,2 cases died,in 55 cases survived,the occurrence rate of sequelae was 16.4% .Conclusion:Reducing the suffocation was the key for the prevention of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy.For neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy,we should achieve early diagnosis and early treatment.关键词
