肿瘤放射增敏剂在鼻咽癌放射治疗中的临床价值
Clinical value of tumor radiosensitizer in the radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical value of tumor radiosensitizer in the radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods:60 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given radiotherapy alone.The observation group was given tumor radiosensitizer treatment on the basis of the control group.The recent treatment effect of patients in two groups were compared.Results:The treatment effective rate(66.6% ) of the observation group was significantly higher than 30% of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Tumor radiosensitizer in the radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma can effectively improve the effect of radiotherapy,and it has the advantages of high safety,less adverse reactions.关键词
