慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并气胸31例诊治体会
Diagnosis and treatment of 31 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with pneumothorax
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To summarize the clinical characteristics of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with pneumothorax,to improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis,to explore the suitable treatment method.Methods:31 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with pneumothorax were selected.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:In 31 patients,26 cases(83.87%) were cured.Conclusion:For patients with COPD complicated with pneumothorax, the condition was critical,and the prognosis was poor in some cases.Clinically,we should pay more attention to it,in order to increase the rate of successful treatment.关键词
