火针治疗肩凝症疗效观察
Observation of the therapeutic effect of fire needle therapy on frozen shoulder
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of fire needle therapy on frozen shoulder.Methods:108 patients with frozen shoulder were randomly divided into the fire needle group of 53 cases and acupuncture group of 55 cases.The fire needle group was treated by fire needle for prick Ashi points locally.The acupuncture group was treated with routine acupuncture therapy.We compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:There was statistical significance in the efficiency between the fire needle group and acupuncture group;compared the pain,motor function of the two groups,there was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of fire needle therapy on frozen shoulder was significant.It can obviously alleviate shoulder pain and improve the function of shoulder joint.关键词
