电贴理疗与药物治疗结合对腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效观察
Clinical curative effect observation of electric paste physiotherapy combined with drug therapy in lumbar disc herniation

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of electric paste physiotherapy combined with drug therapy in the patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods:80 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 40 cases in each.The control group was given drug treatment.The treatment group was given electric paste physiotherapy on the basis of the control group.The curative effects of patients in two groups were evaluated.Results:The clinical curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The posttreatment symptoms total scores,pain VAS scores,M-JOA scores of patients in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The improvements of symptoms total score,pain VAS score,M-JOA score in the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electric paste combined with western drug in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation have significant clinical curative effect.It can significantly improve the clinical symptoms.It is safe and effective.关键词
