Abstract
Objective:To investigate the serum CRP and plasma D-dimer of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia and the clinical significance.Methods:136 cases of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia were divided into the mild group with 52 cases and the severe group with 84 cases,and 60 cases were the control group.The serum CRP and plasma D-dimer of the three groups were compared.Results:The CRP and plasma D-dimer of the mild group and the severe group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).The CRP and plasma D-dimer of the severe group were significantly higher than that of the mild group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The CRP and plasma D-dimer of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia all increased to different extent,and the levels were higher as the illness was severer,and the levels detection helped to judge the severity of the disease.关键词
