Comprehensive nursing intervention and the eradication of helicobacter pylori infection

Abstract
Objective:To explore the eradication of helicobacter pylori infection and the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment.Methods:1228 patients with positive helicobacter pylori and eradication therapy were selected,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 614 cases in each group,two groups were given basic nursing eradication therapy and comprehensive nursing intervention eradication therapy for helicobacter pylori respectively,we compared the HP eradication rate and satisfaction of patients.Results:In the observation group,HP eradication rate and patient satisfaction were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of comprehensive nursing intervention for the eradication of helicobacter pylori infection was significant.关键词
