实施孕期保健对孕产妇妊娠结局的影响分析

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive prenatal care mode for pregnant women.Methods:368 cases of pregnant women with antenatal care were selected as the observation group,at the same time,245 cases of pregnant women without antenatal care were selected as the control group.We observed the outcome of pregnancy of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,gestational diabetes mellitus,hypertension of pregnancy,postpartum hemorrhage were significantly less than the control group(P<0.05).The natural childbirth rate of 63.3% was obviously higher than 46.9% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Application of prenatal care can reduce the maternal gestational diabetes mellitus,hypertension of pregnancy, postpartum hemorrhage and other complications,and improve the rate of natural delivery.关键词
