Prevention and nursing of vascular crisis after multi finger replantation in 35 cases
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the prevention and nursing of vascular crisis after multi finger replantation.Methods:267 patients(624 fingers) with multi finger amputation were selected.They were given multi fingers replantation of amputated fingers in brachial plexus or general anesthesia.After operation,we observed the situation of vascular crisis,actively prevented the occurrence and made corresponding nursing measures.Results:In 267 patients,35 cases(51 fingers) had vascular crisis.After rigorous nursing measures,vascular crisis in 29 fingers were eliminated,finger tip blood supply was restored,17 fingers was again given operation exploration.After active treatment,the blood supply was restored to normal,vascular crisis in 5 fingers did not be eliminated after operation,then they were given stump revision.Conclusion:The quality of vascular anastomosis,preoperative and postoperative nursing measures were the basises for the prevention of vascular crisis.After operation,we should closely observe the blood circulation of wounded fingers.Early detection and early treatment were the keys to relieve vascular crisis.关键词
