Abstract
Objective:To analyze the causes of senile chronic bronchitis,and research the countermeasure of community intervention.Methods:50 patients with chronic bronchitis that more than 65 years old were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 25 cases in each.Patients in the control group were received routine treatment,while the observation group were given intervention measures for several community based on the conventional drug treatment.Then we compared the efficacy of intervention between the two groups.Results:After the community intervention treatment,the total efficiency of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The etiology of chronic bronchitis was complicated.Community intervention can significantly improve the curative effect of senile chronic bronchitis,and also improve the prognosis of patients.关键词
