持续质量改进在胸外科护理质量管理中的应用探究

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of continuous quality improvement in nursing quality management in department of thoracic surgery.Methods:125 patients in department of thoracic surgery were selected.They were divided into the before CQI group of 60 cases and after CQI group of 65 cases.The before CQI group was given routine nursing.The after CQI group was given CQI nursing.Before and after CQI.We compared the familiar situation with CQI related knowledge of nursing staff and the satisfaction degree of patients for nursing.Results:After CQI,the master degree of knowledge of nursing staff for nursing methods,knowledge propaganda,emergency treatment about CQI was significantly higher than before the implementation(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate of 95.5% in after CQI group was higher than 82.6% of before CQI group of 82.6% (P<0.05). Conclusion:In the clinical nursing quality management activities of department of thoracic surgery,the implementation of continuous quality improvement methods can effectively improve the professional skills and theoretical knowledge ability of nursing staff about the CQI,improve the clinical nursing quality,and improve the satisfaction of patients for nursing.关键词
