创新处方点评，提高用药合理性
Innovative prescription comment on improving the drug use rationality
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To innovatively carry out the clinical pharmacists prescription comment,to find the existing or potential problems,to formulate and implement the intervention and improvement measures,to change the irrational drug use phenomenon, to protect the drug safety,effectiveness,economy of people.Methods:90 000 cases of outpatient emergency prescriptions were randomly checked.The irrational prescriptions were given statistics.The irrational drug use reasons were given intervention. Results:Before the prescription comment,the prescription qualified rate was 75.20%.After carrying out the prescription comment for 3 months,the prescription qualified rate was 82.84% .After carrying out the prescription comment for half a year,the prescription qualified rate was 90.82%.Conclusion:Innovative prescription comment has a important significance on improving the outpatient drug use rationality.关键词
