The treatment effect of one stage resection and anastomosis for treatment of left colon cancer with acute intestinal obstruction

Abstract
Objective:To explore the treatment effect of one stage resection and anastomosis for treatment of left colon cancer with acute intestinal obstruction.Methods:40 patients with left colon cancer and acute intestinal obstruction were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 20 cases in each group.The control group was given Hartmann operation treatment,and the observation group was given one stage resection and anastomosis treatment,then we compared the effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the postoperative complication rate of 10%,the mortality rate of 20%,length of hospital stay with (13.5±2.5) days,cost of hospitalization with (12 680±125) yuan were all significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment effect of one stage resection and anastomosis for treatment of left colon cancer with acute intestinal obstruction was good.It can effectively reduce the postoperative complications,shorten the time of hospitalization,and reduce hospitalization expenses.关键词
