普外急腹症中应用腹腔镜的临床分析

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical application of laparoscopic in the surgery acute abdomen.Methods:52 patients with general surgery acute abdomen were selected.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group with 26 cases in each.The conventional group received open abdominal operation treatment,and the study group was treated with laparoscopic treatment.We compared the clinical efficacy between the two groups.Results:The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,length of hospital stay,total effective rate and the incidence of postoperative complications of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of laparoscopy in the treatment of surgery acute abdomen has less trauma,less bleeding,less pain and less complication.关键词
