一次性根管治疗隐裂性牙髓炎疗效观察
The observation of the curative effect of one-time root canal in the treatment of hidden cracked pulpitis

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of one-time root canal in the treatment of hidden cracked pulpitis.Methods:68 patients with cracked pulpitis were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group according to the odd and even number of outpatient services.The control group was treated with multiple root canal treatment,and the observation group was given one-time root canal therapy.We compared the therapeutic effect and tooth pain level of the two groups patients during the treatment.Results:The patients postoperative pain severity of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(χ2=4.191 2,P=0.040 6);3 months after the operation,the total effective rate of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(χ2=3.904 3,P=0.048 2).Conclusion:The use of one-time root canal to treat the hidden cracked pulpitis can significantly shorten the treatment cycle postoperative pain is lighter,and the clinical effect of treatment is significantly better than the traditional multiple root canal therapy.关键词
