Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of aripiprazole and risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods:60 patients with schizophrenia were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with risperidone,and the observation group was treated with aripiprazole.We compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:In the control group,the total efficiency was 86.7%;in the observation group,the total efficiency was 90%,P>0.05.In the control group,18 cases(60%) had adverse reactions;in the observation group,6 cases(20%) had adverse reactions,P<0.05.Conclusion:In the treatment of schizophrenia,risperidone and aripiprazole all had significant curative effect,but compared with risperidone,aripiprazole had low adverse reaction rate,so it had a high safety.关键词
