Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of percutaneous nephrostomy for treatment of hydronephrosis.Methods:60 patients with hydronephrosis were selected.All the patients were treated with percutaneous nephrostomy.We observed the effect of treatment.Results:68 kidneys were all given one-step puncture,and one puncture success rate was 100%.After the operation,the vital signs were stable,fistula drainage was good,there was no serious complications.In routine examination after 2 weeks of operation,the Cr and Bun index of 54 patients were back to normal,and the renal function of 6 patients was not decreased. Conclusion:Percutaneous nephrostomy for treatment of hydronephrosis was feasible,and the complications were less.It was conducive to the improvement of renal function,and clinical application value was high.关键词
