Abstract
Objective:To explore the implementation effect of vaginal delivery in pregnancy again after cesarean section.Methods:120 pregnant women with pregnancy again after cesarean section were selected.All pregnant women accorded with the trial production conditions.All pregnant women were given trial production guidance and psychological intervention.If the pregnant women or fetus once appeared abnormal phenomenon,the pregnant women needing cesarean section were immediately given cesarean section operation.Results:100 cases were successful in trial production through vaginal delivery,and the success rate was 83.3%.20 cases were defeated in trial production and instead of cesarean delivery,and the rate of again cesarean section was 20%. Conclusion:As long as consistent with the vaginal trial production conditions,the vaginal trial production of the pregnancy again after cesarean section is safe under the close monitoring.关键词
