金双歧与思密达联合治疗小儿腹泻疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical treatment effect of golden bifid combined with smecta in the treatment of infantile diarrhea.Methods:104 patients with infantile diarrhea were selected.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 52 cases in each according to different using drugs.Two groups were given conventional treatment,and the experimental group was given golden bifid combined with smecta treatment on this basis.The clinical treatment effects of two groups were compared.Results:The clinical treatment total effective rate(92.3%) of the experimental group was higher than 73.1%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying golden bifid combined with smecta in the treatment of infantile diarrhea on the basis of conventional treatment can effectively improve the treatment effect,and reduce the adverse reactions.It is a safe and effective drug combination.关键词
