Abstract
Objective:To observe patients with transient myocardial ischemia by dynamic electrocardiogram,to evaluate the value of dynamic electrocardiogram in diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases.Methods:62 patients without cardiovascular disease were selected.They were given routine electrocardiogram and dynamic electrocardiogram detection respectively.We compared the number of cases and the detection rate of dynamic electrocardiogram for detection of transient ST-T ischemia changes and routine electrocardiogram for detection of transient ST-T ischemia changes.Results:The cases and the detection rate of dynamic electrocardiogram for detection of transient ST-T ischemia changes was significantly higher than those of conventional electrocardiogram detection rate.Conclusion:Dynamic electrocardiogram was beneficial to early diagnosis of myocardial ischemia.关键词
