冠心病患者自我管理能力与负性情绪的关系研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the relationship between self-management ability and the anxiety and depression in patients with coronary artery disease.Methods:124 cases of patients with coronary heart disease were investigated with coronary heart disease self-management scale(CSMS),hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA) and hamilton depression scale(HAMD).Results:The self-management ability score of the patients with coronary artery disease was in the low level.The anxiety and depression incidences of patients with coronary heart disease were 38 cases(30.65% ),42 cases(33.87% ) respectively,and there were 12 cases(9.68% ) with anxiety and depression at the same time.The symptoms management,bad habits management,knowledge management,emergency management,life management,emotion recognition management,treatment adherence and self-management total score of the patients with coronary heart disease were negatively correlated with anxiety and depression(P<0.05).Conclusion:The self-management ability level of patients with coronary heart disease can affect the anxiety, depression emotion,and strengthening self-management ability of the patients could improve their negative emotions.关键词
