人性化护理对胸外科护理质量影响的研究

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of humanistic nursing for patients with operation in department of thoracic surgery. Methods:110 patients in department of thoracic surgery were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 55 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given humanistic nursing care on the basis of the control group,then we compared the nursing effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,patients' satisfaction with nursing care,nursing quality score were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of clinical nursing for patients with surgery in department of thoracic surgery,humanized nursing care can effectively improve the nursing quality of nursing staff,improve patient satisfaction with nursing care,and reduce the incidence of complications.关键词
