临床护理路径在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期护理中的临床应用
Clinical application of clinical nursing path in the nursing of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease acute aggravating period
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application of clinical nursing path in the nursing of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease acute aggravating period.Methods:102 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 51 cases in each.The observation group was carried out the nursing through clinical nursing path.The control group was given conventional nursing.The treatment effects of two groups were compared.Results:The average hospitalization expense,the average hospitalization time,the average examination score of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group.The nursing satisfaction(98.0% ) of the observation group was significantly higher than 80.4% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The chronic obstructive pulmonary disease acute aggravating period nursing uses clinical nursing path to carry out the nursing work,and the effect is remarkable.关键词
