Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of lansoprazole,mosapride combined with flupentixol and melitracen on patients with functional dyspepsia who has unsatisfactory curative effect on proton pump inhibitors.Methods:96 patients with FD who has unsatisfactory curative effect on PPI therapy were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.Patients in the control group were received lansoprazole and mosapride treatment,while the observation group were added flupentixol and melitracen treatment based on the treatment taken by the control group,then we observed the clinical curative effect and adverse drug reaction in the two groups.Results:The treatment efficiency,SAS score and SDS score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with FD who has unsatisfactory curative effect on PPI therapy in combined with flupentixol and melitracen can eliminate the negative emotions,and also improve the clinical efficacy.关键词
