气管切开术治疗重症脑外伤的临床观察
Clinical observation of tracheotomy in the treatment of severe traumatic brain injury
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of tracheotomy in the treatment of severe traumatic brain injury.Methods:60 patients with severe traumatic brain injury were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 30 cases in each group.The control group were given endotracheal intubation,and the observation group were given tracheotomy,then we compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the average time of tube was (13.5±6.1) days;the average hospitalization time was (30.9±15.6) days.In the control group,the average time of tube was (15.6± 7.4) days;the average hospitalization time was (36.2±14.5) days.Compared with the control group,the incidence of pneumonia in the observation group was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using tracheotomy for treatment of severe traumatic brain injury can not only shorten the time of hospitalization,but also reduce the incidence of complications and improve the therapeutic effect.关键词
