摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of beraprost sodium combined with olmesartan in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.Methods:80 patients with early DN were randomly divided into two groups.The control group were given olmesartan, and the treatment group were treated with olmesartan and beraprost sodium treatment.The effects of two groups were compared. Results:The differences of 24 h urinary albumin excretion rate,high sensitive C reactive protein,plasma D two dimer and fibrinogen level after the treatment of two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Beraprost sodium combined with olmesartan in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy can decrease the urine protein level significantly,and improve the patients endothelial function and fibrinolytic activity,to delay the diabetic nephropathy.关键词
