急性胆囊炎手术治疗的临床分析
Clinical analysis of surgical treatment of acute cholecystitis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of operation in the treatment of acute cholecystitis.Methods:70 patients with acute cholecystitis were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 35 cases in each.The control group were given the traditional open operation,and the observation group were treated with laparoscopic operation.Results:The operation time,hospitalization time of the observation group was short,with less bleeding during operation,at the same time,complications and recurrence rate was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The operation treatment effect for the acute cholecystitis is effective,and the indicators of laparoscopic treatment is more excellent.关键词
