Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of dexmedetomidine combined with other anesthesia drugs in pediatric department of ophthalmology operation.Methods:40 patients with the pediatric department of ophthalmology operation were selected.They were randomly divided into A group and B group,A group were treated with dexmedetomidine and propofol anesthesia.B group were treated with dexmedetomidine and ketamine anesthesia.We compared the anesthesia effect of two groups.Results:In the B group, the incidence of cough,restlessness number,cough degree were higher than those of A group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The anesthesia method of dexmedetomidine and propofol had good anesthesia effect,the incidence of adverse reactions in children was less,and the safety was high.关键词
