普通温水足浴疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of common warm water feet bath therapy in the treatment of osteoarthritis of knee joint.Methods:60 patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 30 cases in each.The control group were given ibuprofen sustained release capsules for the treatment,while the experimental group were given ordinary warm water footbath therapy based on the control group,then we compared the lysholm knee function score of the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:The LKSS scores of the experimental group and the control group after treatment were significantly better than those before the treatment,and the LKSS of the experimental group after the treatment was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The common warm water footbath therapy for knee osteoarthritis has definite curative effect,with advantages of low cost,simple operation,easy to spread and others.关键词
