摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of interferon combined with Yan Hu Ning in the treatment of children with hand foot and mouth disease.Methods:60 children with hand foot and mouth disease were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given Yan Hu Ning treatment, and the observation group were treated with interferon combined with Yan Hu Ning.We compared the therapeutic effect and the rash subsided time,oral ulcer duration time,cooling time of the two groups.Results:After treatment,the treatment effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the hand foot skin rash subsided time,mouth ulcers subside time,cooling time of the patients in the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Interferon combined with Yan Hu Ning has good clinical curative effect on the treatment of children with hand foot and mouth disease.关键词
