养阴通脑颗粒治疗中风病恢复期（气阴两虚、瘀血阻络证）30例疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Yang Yin Tong Nao granule in the treatment of stroke recovery(deficiency of both qi and yin,blood stasis syndrome).Methods:60 cases of apoplexy convalescent patients were selected. They were divided into the high dose group,low dose group,positive control group,placebo control group with 15 cases in each group.Each group were treated for 28 days.Results:The Yang Yin Tong Nao granule in improving the patients with hemiplegia, mouth askew,sluggish speech or language,hemianesthesia and other aspects were better than the Xiao Shuan Tong granules of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yang Yin Tong Nao granule can improve the clinical symptoms of recovery period of stroke(deficiency of both qi and Yin and blood stasis syndrome) obviously in the stroke patients.The clinical curative effect is good, and no obvious adverse reaction.关键词
