龙血竭联合獾油治疗头颈部肿瘤放疗引起放射性皮肤损伤的疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the value of Long Xue Jie combined with badger fat in the treatment radioactive skin injuryof caused by radiotherapy of head and neck cancer.Methods:128 patients with Ⅱto Ⅳ grade acute radiation-induced skin injury were selected.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group.The study group was treated with the badger oil coated on the irradiated skin,and then with Long Xue Jie coated on the irradiated skin.The control group was treated with gauze soaked with physiological saline,gentamicin,dexamethasone on the wound.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:In the study group,the cure rate was 96.9%;the effective rate was 100%.In the control group,the cure rate was 50%;the effective rate was 80%.In the study group,the interruption time was (3.8±1.4) days.In the control group,the interruption time was (8.8± 1.6) days.In the study group,the healing time was (5.6±0.6) days.In the control group,the healing time was (10.6±0.8) days.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Long Xue Jie combined with badger fat in the treatment radioactive skin injuryof was significant.It can not only shorten the healing time,and the use was convenient,economical and safe.关键词
