小夹板外固定联合药酒治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床效果
The clinical effect of small splint external fixation combined with medicinal liquor in the treatment of distal radius fracture
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effect of medicinal liquor combined with small splint external fixation in the treatment of elderly distal radius fracture.Methods:80 patients with distal radius fracture were divided into two groups.The control group were given manual reduction small splint external fixation treatment.The observation group were given fractures medicinal liquor on the basis of the control group.The curative effects and fracture healing conditions of two groups were compared.Results:The wrist joint treatment effect of the observation group(95.00%) was higher than 77.50% of the control group;the fracture healing time, pain index and swelling regression time were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Small splint external fixation combined with fracture medicinal liquor in the treatment of distal radius fracture is simple operation and high safety.It can effectively eliminate the fracture swelling and reduce the pain of patients.关键词
